Authen-tiquette is a short intensive course which educates, fosters and empowers young people to build confidence and self esteem through modern modalities. After a lifetime of working in the dance, modelling and entertainment industries, creator and producer of Authen-tiquette, Samantha Johnston, brings her extensive skillset to help fill the gap in understanding societal norms, acquiring life long skills and finding inner confidence, whilst having fun in a safe and secure environment. Key highlights are; developing posture, self styling, fun interactive activities and future memory movies through film. For girls aged 12-17. Classy gift vouchers available. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Bio - Samantha Johnston After graduating from Style Academy in 1995 Samantha worked as a catwalk, photographic and promotional model locally before heading to Melbourne on 100% scholarship as a full time dancer in 1997. Samantha gained representation within 3 months in Melbourne and worked commercially on many professional gigs. Corporate (Joanne Adderly/Kelly Aykers), Live Television (In Melbourne Tonight - resident dancer), Catwalk (Mariana Hardwick/David Jones/Myer), Live Children's Shows (Disney Singapore Tour/Warner Bros) to name a few. After moving back to Tasmania Samantha wanted to share the skills she had learned professionally and created Body Language Visual Effects (professional dance group), that then turned into Body Language Dance + Talent (multi faceted talent agency), then Co-Founding Tasmanian Talent Agency and Tas Casting which are still thriving today. Samantha has a strong passion to empower young women. Also a registered Royal Academy of Dance Ballet teacher, posture and confidence is second nature to her students. She has extensive knowledge and experience to share with young girls who are wanting to make the best out of their lives whilst having fun.
